Salesforge pricing, Agent Frank cost and Salesforge alternatives compared

Salesforge Pro costs 48 USD a month, or 40 USD a month billed annually, for one user with 1,000 active contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Growth costs 96 USD a month, or 80 USD billed annually, with unlimited users, 10,000 active contacts and 50,000 emails. Agent Frank, the AI SDR, is a separate product at 499 USD a month billed quarterly. Mailboxes and lead data are not included in any of these: they are sold as separate Forge products. Figures below were checked on the Salesforge pricing page in October 2026.

How much Salesforge costs in 2026

Salesforge sells two paths. The human path is a sequencer you run yourself, on Pro or Growth. The AI path is Agent Frank, which picks leads, writes and sends for you. Annual billing gives two months free on both.

Growth adds the things most teams need after the first month: A/B tests, the API, multi-language sequences, integrations and personal onboarding. Pro is for one person sending from one LinkedIn account. The 14-day trial lets you add 50 contacts, send 100 emails and use 50 validation and 50 personalization credits, which is enough to check the editor but not enough to judge reply rates.

What the Salesforge price does not include

The plan price covers the sequencer. Three things that every cold email program needs are sold separately, and they are where the real bill comes from.

Mailboxes and domains

Salesforge connects unlimited mailboxes, but it does not give you any. You buy them from Mailforge, Primeforge (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes) or Infraforge (private IPs), or from Google and Microsoft directly. Salesforge's own stack calculator prices 25 Mailforge mailboxes at 96 USD a month, plus domains. Before you scale any of those inboxes, it pays to run an email blacklist check on the sending domains, because one listed domain can sink a whole rotation.

Lead data

Contacts come from Leadsforge, a separate search engine for leads that starts at 49 USD a month on its Essential plan, or from your own Apollo, ZoomInfo or CSV lists.

Credits past the plan

Validation, personalization and LinkedIn action credits reset monthly. Extra credits are bought inside the app and the per-credit price is not listed on the pricing page, so ask before you plan a large list. One personalization credit is used per AI-written variation, and regenerating is free.

Two things move the bill. Growth's unlimited users make Salesforge cheap for a team, because the second and fifth seller cost nothing extra. And the writing still has to come from somewhere: on Pro and Growth a person builds the list, writes the prompt that drives personalization and reads the replies. That labor is the cost these tables leave out.

Why teams look for a Salesforge alternative

The first reason is the gap between the two paths. Pro and Growth are inexpensive, but a person still runs every step. Agent Frank runs the steps for you, but at 499 USD a month billed quarterly it costs five to ten times as much as the sequencer, with mailboxes still extra. Many small teams want something in between: outbound that runs itself at a sequencer price.

The second reason is the number of moving parts. A working Salesforge setup is often four subscriptions (Salesforge, Leadsforge, Mailforge or Primeforge, and sometimes Warmforge) on four invoices. That suits operators who like to tune each layer. It is a lot to manage for a founder who sells on Fridays.

The third reason is quarterly billing on Agent Frank. A quarter is a fair test window for an AI SDR, but it means a 1,497 USD commitment before you know whether the agent books meetings in your market. Run a short trial on the sequencer first and compare reply rates before you commit to the agent.

When Salesforge is the right buy

Buy Salesforge Growth if you have someone who enjoys running cold email, you send from dozens of mailboxes, several people need access, and you want low cost per seat more than you want the writing done for you. Unlimited users at 80 USD a month on annual billing is hard to beat for a team of five. Look elsewhere when nobody on your team owns outbound, when you want research and follow-up included in one price, or when you want meetings booked without a person pressing send. That is the case AI SDR software is built for, and the AI SDR pricing comparison sets those plans side by side.

How much does Salesforge cost?

Salesforge Pro costs 48 USD a month, or 40 USD a month billed annually, for one user with 1,000 active contacts and 5,000 emails. Growth costs 96 USD a month, or 80 USD billed annually, with unlimited users, 10,000 contacts and 50,000 emails. Agent Frank costs 499 USD a month billed quarterly. Mailboxes and lead data are sold separately.

How much does Agent Frank cost?

Agent Frank costs 499 USD a month billed quarterly, which is 1,497 USD per quarter, for up to 2,000 contacts a month, with each extra contact at 0.25 USD. Third-party guides report about 416 USD a month on annual billing. Mailboxes are not included and are bought through Mailforge, Primeforge or Infraforge.

Does Salesforge have a free trial?

Yes. Salesforge offers a 14-day free trial that lets you add 50 contacts, send 100 emails and use 50 validation, 50 personalization and 100 LinkedIn action credits. There is no free plan after the trial ends, so you choose Pro or Growth to keep sending.

Does Salesforge include mailboxes?

No. Salesforge connects unlimited mailboxes on every plan but does not provide them. You buy inboxes from its sister products Mailforge, Primeforge or Infraforge, or from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 directly, and you also pay for the sending domains.

Is Salesforge cheaper than Instantly?

At list price they are close. Salesforge Pro is 48 USD a month or 40 billed annually, and Instantly's Outreach Growth plan is 47 USD a month or 37.60 billed yearly. Salesforge Growth includes unlimited users, which makes it cheaper for a team, while Instantly includes warmup and is simpler for one sender.

What is the best alternative to Salesforge?

It depends on who runs the outbound. For outbound that runs without a person, OutreachAuto starts at 99 USD a month, or 49 billed yearly, with research, writing, follow-up and booking included. For a cheaper sequencer, Smartlead and Instantly are the closest match. For an AI agent at half of Agent Frank's price, AiSDR Solo costs 250 USD a month.
