Outbound for agencies

An agency that runs outbound for clients has to keep every client apart: their inboxes, their contacts, their opt-outs and their results. OutreachAuto gives each client a workspace of its own, while your team researches, writes, sends and reports from one account.

What breaks when an agency grows

Imagine a lead generation agency with eight clients and three account managers. Each client has a different offer, a different ICP and two or three sending inboxes. In spreadsheets and shared tools, contacts leak between lists, one client's unsubscribe is missed in another client's campaign, and month-end reports take a full day to assemble. The more clients you add, the more time goes to keeping things apart instead of booking meetings.

What clients expect from you

Clients pay for meetings, but they also expect that their domain is protected, that people who opt out are never contacted again, and that they can see what was sent in their name. An agency that cannot show this loses the client at renewal, however good the meetings were.

How OutreachAuto runs outbound for an agency

  • Each client gets a separate workspace with its own ICP, inboxes, sequences, contacts and reply inbox
  • Your team switches between workspaces from one login, and roles control who can edit, send or only view
  • Prospecting and account briefs run per workspace, so research for one client never appears in another
  • Sequences send from the client's own domains and inboxes, which the client connects or authorises
  • Replies are labelled per workspace and interested contacts get the client's own booking link
  • Reports per workspace show sequences, sends, replies by label and meetings booked, ready to share with the client

Inbox rotation across many client domains

Most agencies spread each client's volume across several inboxes to keep every inbox inside a safe daily limit. OutreachAuto warms up each inbox, sets a per-inbox daily limit, rotates sends between the client's inboxes and checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first send. Rotation stays inside the workspace, so a send for one client never goes out from another client's domain. Read more on cold email software.

Suppression that respects the client relationship

Every opt-out lands on the suppression list of your account, tagged with the client workspace it came from. Each client sees its own opt-outs in its own report, and no workspace on your account emails that person again. Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link and header, and bounces and unsubscribes stop the sequence at once. The rules are explained on cold email compliance.

Reporting you can send without rework

Each workspace keeps its own activity, reply labels and meetings. You can export it or share the summary with the client, instead of rebuilding numbers from several tools at the end of the month.

Questions agencies ask

Can each client see only their own data?

Yes. Workspaces are separate. You can give a client a view-only seat in their workspace, and they see only their own sequences, replies and meetings.

Whose domains do campaigns send from?

Always from the client's own domains and inboxes. OutreachAuto never sends client campaigns from a shared domain, which keeps each client's reputation separate.

How many clients can I run on one account?

Scale has 15 workspaces and Growth has 3. The new contacts limit is shared across the account, so plan it across clients by volume.

Can a client sign a DPA?

On Scale the DPA is countersigned in-app, which most clients ask for when their contact data is processed on their behalf.
