Cold outreach automation across email and LinkedIn
OutreachAuto runs cold outreach as one coordinated plan per account. Emails go out from your own inboxes on schedule, LinkedIn steps arrive as tasks for your rep with the message already written, and a reply in any channel stops everything else for that person.

Why cold outreach breaks when channels run separately
When email lives in one tool and LinkedIn lives in a spreadsheet, the same prospect gets a follow-up email the morning after they accepted a connection and replied in chat. Or the rep sends a LinkedIn note that repeats the first email word for word. Each channel works on its own, and together they look careless. Cold outreach automation only helps when one system knows what happened in every channel for each contact.
Multichannel cold outreach with one timeline per contact
In OutreachAuto every contact has one timeline. Email steps and LinkedIn steps sit on it in the order you choose, for example email on day 0, profile view on day 2, connection request on day 4, follow-up email on day 7. Each step knows what came before it.
- A LinkedIn message references the email the contact already received instead of repeating it
- An email follow-up skips the contact once the rep marks a LinkedIn reply
- A reply in email cancels open LinkedIn tasks for that contact
- Bounces and unsubscribes stop both channels at once
- Out-of-office replies pause the whole timeline and resume it after the return date
The email side of cold outreach
Emails are sent only from inboxes on your own domains: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP and IMAP inbox. Each inbox has a daily limit and stays in warmup, and sequences rotate across inboxes. Messages go out in the recipient's business hours and time zone, with an unsubscribe link and header in every campaign email. Every first line comes from a brief about the account. More detail on the cold email software page.
The LinkedIn side, done by your rep
No bot logs into LinkedIn. Each morning the rep opens a task list: view this profile, send this connection request, send this message. The text is written and ready to paste, based on the same account brief as the email. The rep does the click, marks the task done, and the timeline moves on. This keeps the account in the hands of a real person and keeps the message consistent with the email. The full model is explained on the LinkedIn automation tool page.
One inbox of replies across channels
Email replies are sorted automatically into interested, meeting request, not now, wrong person with a referral, unsubscribe and out of office, each with a suggested answer. LinkedIn replies the rep logs land in the same view, so nobody answers the same person twice. When the answer is yes, the contact gets your booking link or proposed times, and the meeting lands in your calendar and CRM. The AI sales assistant page shows how answers are drafted.
How cold outreach automation works in OutreachAuto
-
1
Describe your ideal customer, or import your own list of companies
-
2
Choose a channel mix: email only, or email with LinkedIn tasks
-
3
OutreachAuto researches each account and drafts every step of the timeline in your voice
-
4
Approve the plan once, then emails send on schedule and LinkedIn tasks appear for your rep
-
5
Replies in any channel stop the rest, and positive answers move to meeting booking
Guardrails for both channels
Cold outreach at volume is only safe with limits. Email uses per-inbox daily caps, warmup, rotation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks and bounce protection. LinkedIn uses human hands and a daily task count you set per rep, so the pace stays close to how a person works anyway. One account-wide suppression list covers every channel, and contacts can be deleted on request.
What cold outreach automation costs
Starter is 49 USD a month billed yearly, with 3 inboxes, 1 500 new contacts a month and 5 active sequences. LinkedIn task lists, reply classification and meeting booking are in every plan. Growth adds seats, more inboxes and two-way CRM sync for teams.
- Starter 49 USD
- Growth 124 USD
- Scale 299 USD
Can I run email only, without LinkedIn?
Yes. LinkedIn tasks are optional per sequence. Many teams start with email and add LinkedIn steps for their highest-value accounts.
How does OutreachAuto know a LinkedIn task is done?
The rep marks it done in the task list, or logs a reply from the prospect. That update moves the contact's timeline forward and adjusts the next email.
Will contacts get the same message twice?
No. Each step is written with the earlier steps in view, so the LinkedIn note and the follow-up email say different things and refer to each other where it makes sense.
What happens if someone replies on LinkedIn but the email follow-up is due?
When the rep logs the LinkedIn reply, pending email steps for that contact stop. The reply joins the sorted list with a suggested answer.
Does multichannel outreach need more seats?
Each rep who works LinkedIn tasks needs a seat. Starter has 1 seat, Growth 5 and Scale 15.
