Email outreach platform built on your own inboxes

Your domain is your reputation, so your outreach should go out from it. OutreachAuto is an email outreach platform that connects the inboxes you already own, spreads sending across them, runs your sequences and brings every reply back into one shared inbox.

Your own inboxes, never ours

OutreachAuto never sends your campaigns from a shared pool of addresses. Every email goes out from a domain and inbox your company controls, so replies reach you directly and the sender reputation you build stays yours. Many teams set up a separate domain for outreach to keep their main domain out of risk, and OutreachAuto works the same way with either.

After you connect an inbox, OutreachAuto checks the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records of its domain and shows exactly which record is missing or wrong. Warmup starts before the first campaign email.

Inbox rotation and daily limits

Sending a whole campaign from one address is the fastest way to hurt it. OutreachAuto spreads each sequence across all connected inboxes and keeps every inbox under the daily limit you set. New inboxes ramp up through warmup, so their volume grows gradually. If an inbox starts to bounce, its sending stops while the others carry on.

  • Daily limit per inbox, chosen by you
  • Rotation across every inbox assigned to a sequence
  • Follow-ups sent from the same inbox as the first email, so the thread stays intact
  • Bounce protection that stops a sequence on the first bounce

One shared inbox for every reply

Replies land in the inbox that sent the email, and OutreachAuto also collects them in one shared view across all connected inboxes, often called a unibox. Each reply arrives with a label and a suggested answer, and you answer from the same screen. The original inbox stays the sender, so the conversation continues naturally.

  • Labels: interested, meeting request, not now, wrong person with a referral, unsubscribe, out of office
  • Filters by label, sequence, inbox and rep
  • Suggested answer for each label, editable before sending
  • Booking link and proposed times for interested contacts

Sequences that send at the right time

Each sequence has 3 to 7 steps with delays you choose. Emails wait for the recipient's business hours in their time zone. A reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe ends the sequence for that contact, and an out-of-office reply pauses it until the return date. A/B variants let you compare two versions of any step by replies.

Questions about the email outreach platform

Which email providers can I connect?

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any provider that supports SMTP for sending and IMAP for reading.

Do you send from your own servers?

No. Campaigns always go out from the inboxes you connect, so replies and reputation stay with your domain.

How many emails can one inbox send a day?

You set the limit for each inbox, and OutreachAuto never exceeds it. Our guide on cold emails per inbox per day explains how to choose it.

What is the shared inbox?

One view of the replies from all connected inboxes, each with a label and a suggested answer. You answer from there and the reply goes out from the original inbox.

What happens if an inbox gets disconnected?

Sending from that inbox stops and you get a notice to reconnect it. Its contacts wait, and the other inboxes keep their own schedule.
