LinkedIn automation tool that keeps your account in human hands
OutreachAuto automates everything around LinkedIn except the click. It picks who to contact, decides when, and writes the message from a brief about each account. Your rep opens a short daily task list, pastes the message and sends it. No bot logs into the account and no browser extension drives it.
See the first matching company, its account brief and the first message in about a minute.
A LinkedIn automation tool built on a daily task list
Most LinkedIn automation works by logging into your account from a server or by letting an extension click through the site in your browser. Both act as you without you. OutreachAuto takes a different approach: it does the thinking and the writing, and a person does the sending. Each morning the rep sees tasks such as these.
Every task shows the account brief, the contact, the reason for the step and the text to paste. One click copies it.
- View the profile of the Head of Operations at a logistics company, after the first email went out
- Send a connection request with a short note that is already written
- Send a message to a new connection that builds on the email they received
- Reply to a prospect who answered in LinkedIn chat, with a drafted response
Why no bot login protects your LinkedIn account
LinkedIn's user agreement does not allow bots, scrapers or browser extensions that automate activity on the site, and accounts that use them can be restricted. The risk sits with the person whose profile is used, often a founder or a senior rep whose network took years to build. With OutreachAuto there is nothing to detect: no stored LinkedIn password, no session cookie on our side, no extension in the browser and no unusual traffic from a data center. The pace is a human pace, because a human sends every message. You set how many tasks each rep gets per day, so the list never pushes anyone into volume that looks unnatural.
Ready-to-paste LinkedIn messages written from the account brief
Generic connection notes are easy to spot and easy to ignore. Each OutreachAuto message starts from the same research behind the email: what the company sells, open roles, recent news and why your offer matters to them now. Notes stay short enough for a connection request, follow-up messages stay conversational, and every text follows the voice you set once for the workspace. The rep can edit before pasting, and the edited text is kept for the record. See AI email personalization for how the brief shapes the opening line.
How LinkedIn tasks fit the email sequence
LinkedIn steps are not a separate campaign. They sit on the same timeline as your email sequence software steps, for each contact. A typical rhythm is email on day 0, profile view on day 2, connection request on day 4, follow-up email on day 7 and a LinkedIn message after the connection is accepted. Each step knows what happened before it.
The broader picture of channel orchestration is on the cold outreach automation page.
- A connection note can mention the email without repeating it
- If the prospect replies to an email, open LinkedIn tasks for that person disappear
- If the rep logs a LinkedIn reply, pending emails for that person stop
- Unsubscribes and bounces stop every channel for the contact
- An out-of-office reply pauses LinkedIn tasks along with the emails

Does OutreachAuto log into my LinkedIn account?
No. OutreachAuto never asks for your LinkedIn password and never runs a session on your behalf. Your rep sends every message by hand.
Is there a browser extension?
No. There is nothing to install in the browser. The task list runs in the OutreachAuto web app, and the rep copies the text into LinkedIn.
How many LinkedIn tasks does a rep get per day?
You choose the number per rep. The list fills with the most timely steps first, such as replies to answer and connection notes for contacts who just received an email.
Can I use LinkedIn tasks without email?
LinkedIn steps work best next to email because each message can build on the other channel. You can still build a sequence that is mostly LinkedIn steps with one opening email.
Do I need a premium LinkedIn subscription?
No. Profile views, connection requests and messages to connections work on a standard LinkedIn account. Paid LinkedIn features are optional and outside OutreachAuto.
