Why teams look for an AiSDR alternative
The contact allowance is the most common reason. Two hundred researched contacts a month is enough to test an offer, but a team aiming for ten to twenty meetings a month in a typical B2B market usually needs several times more. Moving up to Explore raises the allowance to 800 and the price to 900 USD a month, paid a quarter at a time.
The second reason is the prepayment. A quarterly bill of 2,700 USD before the first meeting is booked is a real commitment for a small company. The third is integrations: Solo and Explore sync with HubSpot, while two-way Salesforce sync sits on the Scale plan at 2,500 USD a month.
None of that makes AiSDR a weak product. Its agent works email, LinkedIn and text from one place, it supplies the contact data, and its plans spell out exactly what you get. It is priced for a team that values that bundle more than raw volume.
The AiSDR alternatives in more detail
OutreachAuto
OutreachAuto is our product, so weigh this entry with that in mind. It runs the full loop from your own inboxes: it finds companies that match your ideal customer, reads each company's website to write a short brief, writes the first line and the follow-ups from that brief, sends inside each prospect's business hours, stops on reply, labels each reply with a suggested answer and sends your booking link to interested contacts. A person approves every sequence before the first send. Starter includes 1,500 new researched contacts a month, which is about 7 cents per contact month to month and about 3 cents on yearly billing.
Where it falls short compared with AiSDR: LinkedIn stays manual (your rep gets a daily task list with the messages already written), there is no SMS, and there is no built-in database of hundreds of millions of contacts. You bring or build the list from your ideal customer description. See every limit on the outbound automation pricing page.
Salesforge with Agent Frank
Salesforge began as a cold email sending platform and sells Agent Frank as its AI SDR at 499 USD a month, billed quarterly or annually. It includes a contact search engine, sending in more than 20 languages and a dedicated account manager with a shared Slack channel. It is a closer match to AiSDR's managed feel than a pure self-serve tool, with a similar quarterly commitment.
Reply.io with Jason AI
Reply.io is a mature multichannel sequencing platform, and Jason AI is a separate AI SDR product on top of it. Third-party reviews put the entry tier around 500 USD a month on annual billing and about 800 USD month to month, with 1,000 to 3,000 contacts. It makes most sense if your team already lives in Reply.
11x with Alice
11x is the enterprise end of the market. Its Growth plan is listed at 3,750 USD a month billed annually for 2,000 new prospects and up to 5 users, with managed mailboxes and onboarding included. If AiSDR felt expensive, 11x will not be the answer, but if you outgrew AiSDR's Scale plan it is worth a demo. Our page on 11x alternatives covers it in depth.
Artisan with Ava
Artisan sells Ava as an AI BDR with credit-based pricing quoted by sales, and buyers commonly report annual terms. It competes with 11x more than with AiSDR. See our notes on Artisan alternatives.
A plain cold email platform
If what you really need is sending, warmup and sequences, and you are happy to write the copy yourself, a sending platform such as Salesforge Pro at 40 USD a month is far cheaper than any AI SDR. You give up the research and the reply handling, which is where most of the time goes. Our comparison of a cold email tool vs an AI SDR shows when that trade makes sense.
How to choose an AiSDR alternative
- Count your market first. If your ideal customer list holds 4,000 accounts, an allowance of 1,500 a month covers it in a quarter, and 200 a month takes almost two years
- Compare cost per researched contact, not the headline price. 250 USD for 200 contacts and 99 USD for 1,500 contacts are very different deals
- Decide whether you need LinkedIn and SMS automated or whether email plus a LinkedIn task list is enough
- Check which CRM syncs on the tier you can afford, especially if you run Salesforce
- Look at who handles replies. Fast answers to interested prospects decide how many meetings you book, so make sure every interested reply reaches the right rep the same day, either through the tool's labels or a lead routing tool if several reps share the inbox
- Work out cost per booked meeting over two or three months with our guide to the cost of a booked meeting
When AiSDR is still the right choice
Stay with AiSDR if you want one agent working email, LinkedIn and text, if you need the contact data supplied rather than built, and if a few hundred highly researched contacts a month is the right volume for your market. Teams on HubSpot who value self-serve setup with chat support get a lot from the Solo plan, and month to month billing there makes it easy to test.
What is the best AiSDR alternative?
The best AiSDR alternative depends on why you are leaving. For more contacts per dollar on a monthly plan, OutreachAuto includes 1,500 researched contacts from 99 USD a month. For a managed agent with a contact database, Salesforge Agent Frank costs 499 USD a month. For enterprise scale, 11x Alice starts at 3,750 USD a month billed annually.
How much does AiSDR cost?
AiSDR lists three plans: Solo at 250 USD a month with 200 AI-researched contacts, billed monthly; Explore at 900 USD a month with 800 contacts on a quarterly prepaid contract; and Scale at 2,500 USD a month with 2,500 contacts, also quarterly. Annual billing takes about 20% off each plan.
Is there a cheaper alternative to AiSDR?
Yes. OutreachAuto costs 99 USD month to month or 49 USD a month billed yearly for 1,500 researched contacts, which is several times more contacts than AiSDR Solo for less money. A plain sending platform costs even less, but you write the copy and handle replies yourself.
Does AiSDR have a monthly plan?
Yes, the Solo plan at 250 USD a month is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Explore and Scale require a quarterly contract paid in advance.
