Email warmup tool included in every plan
A new inbox that sends hundreds of cold emails on day one looks like spam to every mail provider. OutreachAuto warms each connected inbox before it carries real volume, keeps it under a daily limit, checks its health and DNS records, and rotates sending across inboxes. It is part of every plan, not an add-on.
Warmup included, not sold separately
Many outbound teams pay for one tool to send and another to warm up, then try to keep the two in step. In OutreachAuto, warmup lives in the same place as your sequences. The system knows how far each inbox has ramped, so it never schedules more campaign email than that inbox can safely carry today.
- Warmup runs for every connected inbox on Starter, Growth and Scale
- Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and SMTP and IMAP inboxes supported
- Campaign volume and warmup volume scheduled together per inbox
A gradual ramp for every new inbox
Mail providers judge an inbox by its history. A fresh inbox has none, so it starts small. OutreachAuto raises the daily volume of each new inbox step by step over its first weeks, and only lets campaign email take over a growing share of that volume once the inbox has a steady record. If you connect an inbox that already has a long, clean history, the ramp is shorter.
| Stage | What happens |
|---|---|
| First days | Low daily volume, warmup traffic only |
| Ramp | Volume rises gradually, campaign email added in small amounts |
| Steady state | Inbox sends up to its daily limit, warmup continues in the background |
First days
- What happens
- Low daily volume, warmup traffic only
Ramp
- What happens
- Volume rises gradually, campaign email added in small amounts
Steady state
- What happens
- Inbox sends up to its daily limit, warmup continues in the background
Per-inbox daily limits you can see
Each inbox has its own daily ceiling for campaign email, and OutreachAuto spreads sends across the recipient's working hours instead of firing them at once. Raising your total volume means adding inboxes, not pushing one inbox harder. If you want the reasoning behind the numbers, read cold emails per inbox per day.
- Limit set per inbox, shown next to today's count
- Warmup traffic counted separately from campaign email
- Sends paused for the day once the limit is reached
Health checks and DNS checks before the first send
Warmup cannot fix a domain that is set up wrong. Before any inbox sends campaign email, OutreachAuto checks that the domain has valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and tells you in plain language what to change if one is missing. After that, it watches each inbox for the signals that matter.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC checked on connect and rechecked regularly
- Bounce rate watched per inbox, with automatic slowdown when it rises
- Invalid addresses removed after a bounce to protect the sender
- An inbox that shows warning signs is paused while the others carry on
Inbox rotation across your domains
With several inboxes connected, OutreachAuto rotates sending between them inside each sequence. One contact always hears from the same inbox for the whole conversation, so threads stay together, but the overall load is shared. Sending from your own secondary domains keeps your main company domain out of the cold outreach path, which many teams prefer.

-
5
Health checks keep watching, and rotation shares the load
Only your own inboxes, always
OutreachAuto sends exclusively from domains and inboxes you own and connect. There is no shared sending pool, so your results never depend on someone else's list quality. Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link and header, which mail providers expect from bulk senders. Read more about our approach in cold email compliance.
Pricing for warmup
Warmup, rotation and deliverability checks are on every plan. Starter includes 3 inboxes from 49 USD a month billed yearly, Growth 10 inboxes and Scale 30 inboxes.
- Starter 49 USD
- Growth 124 USD
- Scale 299 USD
Is the email warmup tool an extra cost?
No. Warmup is part of every OutreachAuto plan for every inbox you connect within your plan's inbox limit.
How long does an inbox need to warm up?
A brand new inbox needs a few weeks of gradual ramp before it carries full campaign volume. An inbox with a long, clean sending history ramps faster.
Do I need to stop warmup once campaigns start?
No. Warmup keeps running in the background alongside campaigns, at a volume scheduled together with your sequences.
What if my SPF, DKIM or DMARC records are missing?
OutreachAuto flags it before the first send and tells you which record to add or fix in your domain settings.
Should I use my main company domain for cold email?
Many teams send from secondary domains that point to their main site, which keeps the main domain out of cold outreach. OutreachAuto works with either choice.
