Email sequence software that sends at the right hour

OutreachAuto is email sequence software for B2B outbound. You describe the offer and the buyer, it writes a sequence of 3 to 7 steps, spaces them with delays you control, and sends each step from your own inboxes during the recipient's working day.

A sequence builder that starts from your offer

Most sequence tools hand you an empty canvas. OutreachAuto starts from what you sell and who buys it, then drafts every step with a clear job: open the conversation, add a new reason to reply, give a useful proof point, and close the loop politely. You keep full control of the order, the wording and the number of steps.

  • Between 3 and 7 steps per sequence, each with its own subject line or as a reply in the same thread
  • Email steps and LinkedIn task steps in one timeline, so the rep sees the whole plan
  • A first line for every contact from its account brief, written by AI email personalization
  • Variables for name, company, role and any custom field you import

Steps, delays and the rhythm of a good sequence

Each step waits a set number of days after the previous one. A common rhythm is day 0, day 3, day 7 and day 14, but you set the gaps that fit your buyer. Short gaps suit urgent, transactional offers. Longer gaps suit buyers who sign annual contracts and talk to finance first. Delays count business days or calendar days, your choice per sequence.

1

Typical day
Day 0
Job of the step
Open with a specific reason this company should care

2

Typical day
Day 3
Job of the step
Short follow-up in the same thread with one new angle

3

Typical day
Day 7
Job of the step
LinkedIn task for the rep with a note already written

4

Typical day
Day 14
Job of the step
Polite close that leaves the door open

If you want the reasoning behind these gaps, our guide to follow up cadence walks through it step by step.

Business hours in the recipient's time zone

An email that lands at 3 a.m. sits under a pile of newer messages by the time the reader opens the inbox. OutreachAuto works out each contact's time zone from the company location and the contact record, then holds every step until a sending window inside that person's working day. A list with buyers in New York, London and Berlin goes out in three waves, each one at a sensible local hour.

  • Sending windows per sequence, for example 8:30 to 17:00 on weekdays
  • Weekends and the recipient's local evenings skipped by default
  • Sends spread across the window, never in one burst
  • Per-inbox daily limits respected inside every window

A/B variants for subject lines and openers

Every step can carry two variants. OutreachAuto splits contacts between them evenly and shows replies and positive replies for each variant in one table, so you can judge by conversations started rather than by opens. When you have seen enough, you keep the stronger variant and the sequence carries on with it.

  • Test a subject line, an opener, a call to action or a whole step
  • Results counted by replies and reply labels, not only by opens
  • Switch a variant off at any time without restarting the sequence

Conditions that keep a sequence relevant

A sequence should react to what the contact does. Steps check conditions before they send. A reply of any kind stops the sequence for that contact. A bounce stops it and protects the inbox. An unsubscribe adds the address to your account-wide suppression list. Out-of-office replies pause the contact and resume after the return date, which is covered in detail on automated follow up emails.

  • Every step checks for a reply, bounce or unsubscribe before it sends
  • Addresses on the suppression list never enter a sequence again
  • A wrong person reply with a referral stops the step and suggests a note to the new contact

How email sequences work in OutreachAuto

  1. 1

Connect your Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP and IMAP inboxes

  2. 2

Describe your offer and ideal customer, or import your own list as CSV

  3. 3

Review the drafted steps, delays and sending window, then edit anything you like

  4. 4

Turn on A/B variants for the steps you want to test

  5. 5

Launch, and watch replies arrive already labelled with a suggested answer

Sequences that protect your domain

Sequences send only from inboxes you own. Each inbox has its own daily limit and warms up before it sends at full volume, which our email warmup tool handles on every plan. Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link and an unsubscribe header, and OutreachAuto checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first send.

Pricing for sequences

Starter runs 5 active sequences from 49 USD a month billed yearly. Growth runs 25, and Scale runs unlimited sequences within its monthly contact limit. Warmup, rotation and deliverability checks are part of every plan.

  • Starter 49 USD
  • Growth 124 USD
  • Scale 299 USD

How many steps should a B2B email sequence have?

Most B2B sequences work best with 4 or 5 steps over two to three weeks. OutreachAuto lets you build anywhere from 3 to 7, so you can keep it short for simple offers and longer for complex ones.

Can a sequence send in each contact's local time?

Yes. Every step waits for the sending window in the recipient's own time zone, so a single sequence can reach buyers on several continents at sensible hours.

Do follow-up steps go in the same thread?

You choose per step. A follow-up can reply in the same thread to keep context, or start a new thread with its own subject line.

What happens when someone replies in the middle of a sequence?

The sequence stops for that contact straight away. The reply gets a label such as interested, not now or wrong person, along with a suggested answer you can send or edit.

Can I test two versions of the same step?

Yes. Each step can hold two variants, and OutreachAuto compares them by replies and reply labels so you can keep the one that starts more conversations.
