Terms of Service

OutreachAuto is provided by the operator of outreachauto.com, whose company details are shown in the image below. In these terms, "we" means that operator and "you" means the business that holds the account and every user it invites.

OutreachAuto is AI outbound automation for B2B teams. It builds prospect lists from an ideal customer description and your own imports, researches each account, writes personalised email sequences, sends them from inboxes you connect, prepares LinkedIn tasks for your reps, follows up, classifies replies and helps book meetings. The features in each plan are described on the outbound automation pricing page and the features page.

You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for business purposes. Keep your login details safe and tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including actions by users you invite.

OutreachAuto is sold as a subscription only. Each plan is billed monthly or yearly, paid in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Yearly billing costs half of the monthly price over the same period. There is no free plan.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period for the same period, at the then current price, until you cancel it. We tell you by email before a price change applies to your renewal.

You can cancel at any time in the billing settings of your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Until then you keep full access. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund.

An upgrade applies immediately and the price difference for the rest of the current period is prorated. A downgrade applies from the next billing period. If your usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan, you need to reduce it before the downgrade takes effect.

Before signing up you can run the homepage demo once. It shows an offer analysis, an ideal customer profile, the first matching company and its first email. It is a one-time preview, not a plan, and the rest of the result unlocks with an account and a subscription.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You pay any applicable VAT, sales tax or similar charges. If a payment fails, we retry it and notify you; if it still fails, we may suspend sending until the account is paid. Scale customers can choose invoice billing.

OutreachAuto is built for lawful B2B outreach. When you use it, you agree to the following.

• Contact business contacts only, in their professional role.
• Comply with every law that applies to your outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and CASL.
• Do not import purchased or scraped lists whose collection or use breaches the law.
• Do not send spam, bulk unsolicited mail to consumers or mail to people who have opted out.
• Do not use deceptive subject lines, false sender details or misleading claims.
• Send only from domains and inboxes that you own or are authorised to control.
• Keep the unsubscribe link and header in every campaign email and keep your physical business address field filled in.
• Do not upload malware, attempt to break the security of the service or resell access without our written consent.

LinkedIn tasks are performed by you or your reps, by hand, under LinkedIn's own terms. OutreachAuto never logs into LinkedIn on your behalf. Read more on the cold email compliance page.

You are the sender of every message sent through your inboxes. You are responsible for the content of your campaigns, including text the service drafts and you approve, and for having a lawful basis to contact each prospect. For prospect data, you act as controller and we act as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement.

We may suspend sending or access, in whole or in part, if your use breaches these terms, harms deliverability for other customers, triggers abuse complaints at a level that threatens the service, or creates legal risk. Where possible we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to termination without refund.

The service, its software, design and documentation belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service.

You own the data you put into OutreachAuto and the content generated for your campaigns. You can export your contacts, sequences and activity at any time while your account is active. After your account closes, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, and then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep records. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, the service is provided as is. We do not guarantee any number of replies, meetings or sales, uninterrupted availability or that every email reaches the inbox, because delivery also depends on your domains, your content and the receiving mail servers.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising from these terms in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid for the service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We tell account holders by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change applies.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator has its registered seat, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you a different forum.
