Sales prospecting tools that start from your ideal customer

OutreachAuto turns a plain description of your ideal customer into a list of matching companies and the people to contact there. Filters narrow it, exclusions keep out customers and competitors, your own lists can be imported, and every contact is checked against your CRM before anyone writes a word.

Describe your ideal customer. See the first matching company in about a minute.

From an ICP description to a list of accounts

Most prospecting starts with a filter screen and a guess. OutreachAuto starts with the way you would brief a new rep: who you sell to, what problem you solve, what a good customer looks like and what a bad one looks like. From that description it builds a working ICP with industry, size, region, the roles that decide and the signals that suggest a need right now. You can read it, change any line and save it per workspace. Then it finds companies that match, using public company data and public websites, and shows why each one fits. If you are still shaping your ICP, the guide on how to define an ICP walks through it.

Prospecting filters that match how you sell

Every list can be tightened before outreach starts.

Each match shows the reason it qualified, so you can spot a filter that lets in the wrong companies early.

  • Industry and what the company actually sells, read from its website rather than a code
  • Company size by staff count range
  • Region and country, so emails go out in the recipient's business hours
  • Roles and seniority of the people to contact
  • Signals such as open roles in a relevant team or recent public news
  • Technology or keywords mentioned on the company's public website

Exclusions that keep the wrong people out

Good prospecting is as much about who you skip. Add exclusion lists for current customers, open deals, partners, competitors and any domain you never want to contact. The account-wide suppression list is applied automatically, so people who unsubscribed from any earlier campaign never reappear. Exclusions work at company level and contact level, and they apply to every sequence in the workspace.

Import your own lists and dedupe against your CRM

Sales prospecting tools should not ignore the lists you already have. Upload a CSV of target accounts from an event, a partner or your own research, and OutreachAuto researches those companies the same way it researches its own finds. Before anything is added to a sequence, every company and contact is checked against your CRM and your other workspaces in the account.

  • Contacts already in an active deal are skipped
  • People emailed recently by another sequence are held back
  • Duplicate companies with different domain spellings are merged
  • Starter exports to CSV for your CRM, Growth syncs both ways, and Scale maps custom fields

Every account arrives with a brief

A prospect list is only a start. For each account OutreachAuto writes a short brief from the public website and signals: what they sell, who is likely to decide, and why your offer matters now. That brief drives the first line of each email and the LinkedIn notes your rep sends. See AI lead generation for how research and enrichment work together.

  5. 5

Approved accounts move into a sequence with a brief and a first email ready

Business contacts and public data only

Prospecting uses public company information and the lists you import yourself. OutreachAuto targets business contacts only, records a legitimate-interest note for GDPR per campaign, and deletes a contact and its history on request. The details are on the outbound data security page.

Prospecting volume per plan

Starter at 49 USD a month billed yearly covers 1 500 new contacts a month, Growth covers 5 000 and Scale covers 12 000. Each new contact includes research and a personalised first email.

  • Starter 49 USD
  • Growth 124 USD
  • Scale 299 USD

Where do the companies come from?

From public company data and public websites, matched against the ICP you described, plus any lists you import from your own CSV or CRM.

Can I prospect only from my own list?

Yes. Import a CSV of companies or contacts, and OutreachAuto researches, dedupes and writes outreach for that list without adding others.

How does CRM dedupe work?

Before a contact joins a sequence, it is matched against records in your connected CRM and other workspaces. Existing customers, open deals and recently emailed people are held back.

Does a contact I skip count toward my monthly limit?

The monthly limit counts new contacts added to outreach. Companies you reject while reviewing a list do not use it.

Can different workspaces use different ICPs?

Yes. Each workspace keeps its own ICP, filters and exclusions, which suits agencies running several clients.

Start from the customer you want, not from a filter screen
