Saleshandy pricing, real monthly cost and Saleshandy alternatives compared

Saleshandy has three published plans. Starter costs 41 USD a month, or 34 USD a month billed annually, Pro costs 99 USD a month, or 76 billed annually, and Scale costs 189 USD a month, or 149 billed annually. Enterprise is quoted. Every plan connects unlimited email accounts at no extra cost, and the plans differ on active prospects, emails sent per month, users and lead finder credits. Mailboxes and domains bought through Saleshandy are an add-on, and that is where most of the extra bill comes from.

On annual billing the lead finder credits for the whole year are given up front (18,000 on Starter, 48,000 on Pro, 96,000 on Scale). Each plan also carries one-time email verification credits (500, 1,000 and 5,000) and one-time AI credits (100, 500 and 1,000), so those do not refill. All three published plans have a 7-day free trial without a credit card. Enterprise adds SSO, white label for agencies and custom sending and data limits.

How Saleshandy limits actually work

Two caps decide which plan you need, and they bind at different times. Active prospects are the people currently inside a live sequence. Emails a month is the total sent, follow-ups included. On Starter, 2,000 prospects and 6,000 emails means three emails per prospect a month on average. A five-step sequence to a full list of 2,000 runs out of sends before it runs out of prospects, so most people who run real follow-up land on Pro sooner than they planned.

Users matter just as much. Starter is one user. The second person on the team moves you to Pro at 99 USD a month, even if your volume would fit Starter. Pro allows ten users, and Scale has no user cap, which is why Saleshandy is cheap per seat for a team and less cheap for two people.

Lead finder credits are metered. One credit reveals a verified email, and a phone number costs 6 credits on top (7 for both). Credits are charged only when a verified result is found. If you prospect with phone numbers, 1,500 Starter credits cover about 214 contacts with phone, not 1,500.

What the Saleshandy price does not include

Saleshandy recommends three mailboxes per domain, five at most. The writing is still yours: AI credits help draft copy, but someone still picks the accounts, checks each first line and answers the replies. In trades and local services, cold email also brings phone callbacks, and if those land while you are on a job an AI receptionist that answers your business calls keeps them from going to voicemail.

What Saleshandy costs for one, three and ten senders

Monthly plan prices with mailbox and domain add-ons from the pricing page. Annual billing lowers the plan line by about a quarter, so treat these as a ceiling, not a quote.

1 founder, 1,500 prospects, 3-step sequence

Plan
Starter 41 USD
Mailboxes and domains
6 quarterly mailboxes at 3.99, 2 domains, about 26 USD
Estimated total a month
about 67 USD

2 people, 3,000 prospects, 5-step sequence

Plan
Pro 99 USD (second user and email volume)
Mailboxes and domains
12 quarterly mailboxes, 4 domains, about 53 USD
Estimated total a month
about 152 USD

5 sellers, 10,000 prospects

Plan
Pro 99 USD
Mailboxes and domains
25 flexi mailboxes at 3.49, 9 domains, about 98 USD
Estimated total a month
about 197 USD

10 sellers or an agency, 40,000 prospects

Plan
Scale 189 USD
Mailboxes and domains
60 flexi mailboxes, 20 domains, about 233 USD
Estimated total a month
about 422 USD

Lead data beyond the included credits, phone numbers and the dialer push these up. The cost the table leaves out is labor. Saleshandy sends very well for the price, but a person still builds the list, writes the sequence and works the inbox, and at a small company that person is usually the founder.

Why teams look for a Saleshandy alternative

The first reason is the email cap. Teams buy Starter for the price, then find that a proper five-step sequence uses up 6,000 sends with only 1,200 people in it. The jump to Pro is 58 USD a month, which is fair value for what Pro includes, but it is not the bill they planned for.

The second reason is the second user. A founder who brings in one salesperson goes from 41 to 99 USD a month without sending a single extra email.

The third reason has nothing to do with price. Saleshandy is a sending tool with lead data on top. It does not decide who to contact, research each account or write a first line a buyer reads as personal. When nobody on the team owns outbound, cheap sending does not fill the calendar, and that labor costs more than any plan on the page.

When Saleshandy is the right buy

Buy Saleshandy if you have three to ten people sending, someone who already writes good sequences, and a steady volume that fits the Pro or Scale caps. Pro at 76 USD a month billed yearly for ten users is one of the cheapest per-seat prices in cold email, and unlimited inboxes at no fee keeps rotation cheap. Look elsewhere when you are one or two people with no time for outbound, when you want research, writing and follow-up included in one price, or when you want meetings booked without a person pressing send. That is what AI SDR software is for, and the AI SDR pricing comparison sets those plans side by side.

How much does Saleshandy cost?

Saleshandy costs 41 USD a month on Starter, 99 USD on Pro and 189 USD on Scale with monthly billing, or 34, 76 and 149 USD a month billed annually. Enterprise is priced by quote. Every plan connects unlimited email accounts at no extra cost, while mailboxes and domains bought through Saleshandy are add-ons.

Does Saleshandy have a free plan?

No. Saleshandy has a 7-day free trial on the Starter, Pro and Scale plans and does not ask for a credit card. After the trial you pick a paid plan to keep sending. Lead finder, verification and AI credits come with the paid plan you choose.

Is Saleshandy unlimited email accounts?

Yes. Every Saleshandy plan lets you connect unlimited email accounts without a per-inbox fee. What is limited is the number of active prospects and the emails sent each month: 2,000 and 6,000 on Starter, 30,000 and 100,000 on Pro, and unlimited prospects with 200,000 emails on Scale.

How many users does Saleshandy include?

Starter includes one user, Pro includes ten users and Scale has no user limit. That makes Pro the plan for most small teams, because adding a second person to Starter is not possible without upgrading.

Is Saleshandy cheaper than Instantly?

At the entry level they are close: Saleshandy Starter is 41 USD a month, or 34 billed yearly, and Instantly Outreach Growth is 47 USD, or 37.60 billed yearly. For a team of several users Saleshandy Pro is usually cheaper, because ten users are included in one price.

What is the best alternative to Saleshandy?

It depends on who does the work. For outbound that runs without a person, OutreachAuto starts at 99 USD a month, or 49 billed yearly, with research, writing, follow-up and booking included. For a flat-price sequencer, Instantly and Smartlead are the closest match. For agencies, Smartlead and Woodpecker are the main rivals.
