Dripify pricing and Dripify alternatives compared on cost, limits and account safety

Dripify costs 59 USD per user a month on Basic, 79 on Pro and 99 on Advanced, or 39, 59 and 79 billed yearly, with a 7-day trial and custom Enterprise pricing. Teams look for Dripify alternatives when the per-user bill grows with every rep, when LinkedIn restricts an account, or when the sequences run but nobody has time to research prospects and write messages worth answering. Below are the alternatives worth a look, with prices checked on vendor pages in October 2026 and an honest note on where Dripify still wins.

Extra email finder credits cost 29 USD for 1,000 up to 99 USD for 10,000. The free trial lasts 7 days, needs no card and includes Advanced features. Dripify runs LinkedIn and email steps in the same sequence on every paid plan.

For a team of three on Pro, that is 237 USD a month, or 177 billed yearly, before any extra data credits. Basic is cheap, but 20 connection requests a day and a single campaign make it a trial tier for most sales teams.

Why teams look for a Dripify alternative

The first reason is the bill. Per-user pricing is fair for one founder and painful for a team. Five reps on Advanced pay 495 USD a month, or 395 billed yearly, and that buys sending, not research.

The second reason is account risk. Dripify, like most cloud LinkedIn tools, acts in your LinkedIn account from its own servers. LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow bots or other unauthorized automated methods to send messages or add contacts, and restrictions usually land on the rep's personal profile, the one asset they cannot replace. Dripify adds protection on Advanced, and careful daily limits lower the risk, but no vendor can promise it away.

The third reason is the one we hear most often: the sending was never the hard part. Dripify will send a connection request, a follow-up message and an email in order. It will not decide which accounts deserve a message, read their website or write a note that shows you did. Its AI icebreaker helps with the first line, but the list and the angle still need someone who knows your market.

None of that makes Dripify a bad tool. For a solo seller who lives on LinkedIn and wants a simple drip with email in the same flow, it is one of the easier tools to set up.

The Dripify alternatives in more detail

OutreachAuto

OutreachAuto is our product, so weigh this entry with that in mind. It is an AI SDR priced per plan, not per seat: Starter at 99 USD a month, or 49 billed yearly, includes 3 inboxes, 1,500 new contacts and 1 seat, and Growth at 249 USD, or 124 billed yearly, includes 10 inboxes, 5,000 contacts and 5 seats. It finds companies that match your customer profile, reads each website, writes a short brief and writes every email from that brief. LinkedIn works differently from Dripify on purpose: the connection note and messages are written for your rep and appear as a daily task list, and no bot logs into anyone's LinkedIn account. Replies are labeled and interested prospects get your booking link.

Where Dripify wins: if you want LinkedIn actions sent automatically, hands off, OutreachAuto does not do that. Our LinkedIn outreach automation page explains the trade-off and every limit is on the outbound automation pricing page.

HeyReach

HeyReach is built for agencies and teams that run many LinkedIn senders. Growth is 79 USD per sender a month, or 63 billed yearly, with unlimited campaigns, a unified inbox and integrations with Instantly and Smartlead. Agency bundles start at 999 USD a month for 25 or 50 senders. It is the usual pick when one person manages ten or more profiles.

Expandi

Expandi Business is 99 USD a month, or 79 billed yearly, with unlimited campaigns and a dedicated IP address in your country, which is its main safety pitch. The Agency plan starts at 10 seats and is quoted by sales.

Waalaxy

Waalaxy is the budget option. Pro costs 19 EUR a month for 300 invitations, Advanced 49 EUR and Business 69 EUR for 800 invitations, with email finder credits on the higher plans. It suits a solo seller testing LinkedIn outreach before paying for a team tool.

lemlist and Reply.io

If email should lead and LinkedIn should support it, lemlist Multichannel at 109 USD per user a month, or 87 yearly, and Reply.io Multichannel are the closest fits. Our lemlist alternatives and Reply.io alternatives pages compare them in detail.

What a three-person team pays, Dripify vs an AI SDR plan

Here is a rough monthly comparison for three people who work about 1,500 new contacts a month and want every message based on real research, using Dripify's published prices.

Software

Dripify Pro, 3 users
237 USD monthly or 177 billed yearly
OutreachAuto Growth
249 USD monthly or 124 billed yearly, 5 seats

Lead data

Dripify Pro, 3 users
300 email finder credits, more from 29 USD per 1,000
OutreachAuto Growth
Included, 5,000 new contacts

Research and writing

Dripify Pro, 3 users
Done by your team, about 5 minutes per contact
OutreachAuto Growth
Done by the AI, approved by your team

Writing time at 1,500 contacts

Dripify Pro, 3 users
Roughly 125 hours a month
OutreachAuto Growth
A few hours of review

LinkedIn

Dripify Pro, 3 users
Sent automatically from each rep's account
OutreachAuto Growth
Written for each rep, sent by the rep

The honest caveat: if your reps already know exactly who to message and what to say, Dripify on yearly billing is a fair price for automated LinkedIn sending. The comparison only tips once you count the hours spent turning a list into messages a buyer would answer.

How to choose a Dripify alternative

  • Name the real bottleneck. If it is many LinkedIn accounts, look at HeyReach. If it is price for one person, Waalaxy. If it is research and writing, an AI SDR
  • Price the whole team, not one seat, and add data credits
  • Decide how much LinkedIn account risk your reps accept, and ask each vendor how actions are sent
  • Watch what prospects say about you in public. A social listening tool shows when a target account posts about the problem you solve, which is a better reason to write than any template
  • Export campaigns, contacts and do-not-contact lists before you cancel
  • Run the new tool on one segment for a month and compare the cost of a booked meeting, not acceptance rates

When Dripify is still the right choice

Stay with Dripify if one or two people sell mostly on LinkedIn, want connection requests and follow-ups sent without touching them, and already write good messages. Switch when the seat count grows, when an account restriction would hurt more than slower sending, or when the bottleneck is knowing what to say to each account.

How much does Dripify cost?

Dripify costs 59 USD per user a month on Basic, 79 on Pro and 99 on Advanced, or 39, 59 and 79 per user a month billed yearly. Enterprise is priced by seat count through sales. Extra email finder credits cost 29 to 99 USD per pack, and the 7-day free trial includes Advanced features.

What is the best alternative to Dripify?

The best Dripify alternative depends on what is missing. For many LinkedIn accounts, HeyReach starts at 79 USD per sender a month. For a lower price, Waalaxy starts at 19 EUR a month. For messages written from real research with replies sorted, OutreachAuto includes the AI from 99 USD a month, or 49 billed yearly.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Dripify?

Yes. Waalaxy Pro costs 19 EUR a month with 300 invitations, against 59 USD a month for Dripify Basic. For a team, a flat plan such as OutreachAuto Growth at 124 USD a month billed yearly for 5 seats costs less than five Dripify Pro seats at 295 USD a month billed yearly.

Is Dripify safe for my LinkedIn account?

No LinkedIn automation tool is fully safe. LinkedIn's User Agreement does not allow bots or unauthorized automated methods to send messages or add contacts, and accounts that send unusual volumes can be restricted. Dripify uses daily limits and adds protection on Advanced. Tools where your rep sends the messages carry no automation risk.

Does Dripify have a free trial?

Yes. Dripify offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, and the trial includes Advanced plan features. After the trial you pick a paid plan, starting at 59 USD per user a month, or 39 billed yearly on Basic.

Does Dripify have AI?

Dripify offers an AI-powered icebreaker as part of its personalized outreach. You still build the lead list and write the sequence. An AI SDR such as OutreachAuto researches each company and writes every step, and you approve the sequence before it sends.
